Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Prime Clean Solution, client satisfaction is important to us. However, we operate on a pay-after-service basis, which means clients pay only after the service has been completed and approved on-site.

 

Because of this payment structure, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided:

 

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the service.

  • We will assess your concern and, if necessary, offer a free re-clean of the affected area as a goodwill gesture.

 

 

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:

 

  • Payment was made in error before service was delivered.

  • A service was paid for but not carried out due to a cancellation by Prime Clean Solution.
